My apartment is 41 sqm in the center of Kavala, on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. It is recently renovated, is within walking distance of most points of interest and is ideal for couples, families and professionals. It has a veranda with barbecue where you can eat with your friends, drink your coffee, play cards and generally to relax and have fun I do believe that hospitality is making my guests feel like they’re at home, even if you wish they were!in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. Smoking The home is a smoking environment. Please don’t smoke at the bedrooms and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. I appreciate your compliance! Trash Disposal You will find trash bags at the Kitchen. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the closest bin. There is one just outside the house. Trash gets picked up by the city every day.
+ MoreExtra Guests Although I do not mind if you invite friends over to visit my home, please keep the number of guests to a limited amount. I do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the Airbnb unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. Broken Items If for any reason, you break an item during your stay, please let me know. I understand that accidents happen, but in order for me to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, I will need to know that it is broken. I appreciate your honesty. Checking Out Please check out of our Airbnb rental by 10:00. Checking out by this time ensures that I have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest.
